Turn it in by Feb 6 for the yellow show.
I harvested a bunch of olives from this tree in my neighborhood this year and cured them. This is the process of jarring them for marination. They're a little on the bitter side. I think I should have used more salt during the curing process. Ah well, next year. Look for dragonboy olives in a store near you!
